Services Provided

User Obligations

  • Grant Revy access to necessary accounts and data to perform our services.

Fees and Payment

  • Revy charges a commission based on the total gross revenue of your property.
  • The standard commission rate is 5%, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Payment is due within 30 days of receiving an invoice from Revy.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees and interest charges.

Term and Termination

  • These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party.
  • You may terminate the service with a 30-day written notice.
  • Revy reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if you breach any of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, software, and technology provided by Revy are the intellectual property of Revy and are protected by applicable laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • Revy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.
  • Revy does not guarantee specific results or increases in revenue. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revy, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the term of the agreement.
  • Confidential information shall not include information that is publicly known or independently developed.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.
  • If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Revy is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

Revy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
